I really would like to know why because of faulty connection issues and a client that alerted me it was broken only after I qued up and loading screened out I am now leaver bustered. I don't rage quit games, I don't flame people or do anything really that would be deserving of this.

for you to get leaver bustered, you'd have to have a prior history of AFKing / leaving games.
FYI, clicking around the fountain or reconnecting counts as AFK as well.
According to Leave buster policy along with other factors in game which no one really know for fact
One of them is " any" reason for a disconnect from the match is punishable.
that includes stuff no in your control. , power outages , isp outages , family emergencies etc etc .
there is no real way to do it any other way because people will find away to cheat the system then
If you have an unreliable isp and the client does not work well on your system unfortunately this may not be the game for you until you can get those fixed
