afks in ranked

so I have suffered from afks in ranked and lost LP because of it. so I was thinking what could riot do to fix these. first I think the solution is to give a loss prevention if the team with four players loses or extra LP if they win. the problem with this is that two people could duo, afk and together taking turns would get ranked faster. the solution to this is way harsher punishments for those people who afk. if there is something like a 50-75 LP deduction for afk for the first time, the players will double check their internet connection before queing up in a ranked game. my rant is over. leave criticisms or other ideas. rito please.
