Why is Riot's Policy on BM not Clear Cut?

Before I write this I just want to say I have never even so much as gotten a chat restriction and I rarely talk in chat.

My Question is this

Why do people constantly Cry about people saying "GG EZ" or "thanks for the easy game" or "????" when the enemy does something bad yet they just fucking love it when Doublelift does it in Mic about another team or any other player does that.

I am just curious why professional and Challenger level players can BM in front of millions of people and talk all the trash they want but if a normal league player does it, then it is ban worthy.

Can somebody enlighten me here?

Pros generally play with other pros/challengers. They all know each other. It's a different sort of community at the top.

Plus, saying something out loud and typing it in game are two very different things.

Well the smug pros get away with it because of their huge fanbase, the problem is some of the fanbase mirror it
