Riot needs to Buff Jayce

I can already see everybody coming out with their pitchforks, but hear me out.

I cannot even play this dude in Diamond anymore and he has a win rate sitting at 48 Percent with a 1.5% pick rate. This Bramble Vest Ninja Tabi Tank Meta top has destroyed him and he is extremely weak.

I don't want to see him uberbuffed into permaban tier like he was before but some small touch up buffs are definitely needed. His Win Rate has dropped a full percent every patch for 4 patches now.

Riot you need to help this dude out. He is getting down to Volibear status before the buffs
