Can there be a hotfix to the game crashing???

Recently a lot of players from the looks of it have been getting game crashes and errors when loading into a game. For me, I have had the same issue both in game and before the game loads in fully, except I cannot exit the game nor can I reopen the game afterwards. I have to fully reset my computer and then it starts with "game cannot be updated" when there's no updates. When will there be a hotfix for this issue regarding the login screen update?
