Not sure how you get baited into saying "KYS" to someone. If someone is bad, feeding, trolling, w/e, report them and move on. If you say KYS you deserve a ban.
if you got ban baited LEGIT you will be unbanned. if it was just you going mad, thats your own fault.
what others say doesnt allow you to break the rules aswell. and there are certain things riot has no merci for. (well they kinda do its not an instant permaban). that being racism, sexism, stuff like telling others to suicide OVER A FUCKING GAME!
the bots in aram is a different problem and doesnt add to this discussion in my opinion. also you uninstalling... i dare to say 9 out of 10 people here will be happy about that.

You can play after your 14 day ban, you just have to be extra careful not be toxic as 14 day ban is your final warning and your on very thin ice.
