Suspended for abuse or whatever

Alright as we all know Yasuo is on free rotation. And I've recently gotten Project Yasuo skin shard. So of course I would LOVE to see how ill do with him. I have some good some bad games. If I'm not mistaken I've got more wins. So here's the problem. I went mid against more skilled Yasuo. I would always drop his hp like very low but... no ganks. Nowhere on the map. Kayn is playing in the woods. Okay. Top is flaming me. Ahhhh I love that sweet tilt. Like I'm so sorry but I'm dying, I get no help and this guy is tilting me on purpose. My day wasn't the greatest, I was working for 4 h (I'm just 17 like no one besides me is working at this age where I'm), I'm having problems with certain someone... you know I'm already exhausted i went to bed at 2am woke up at 7:20am... and then this guy appears who wants to ruin my holiday. And he did. I got 14 day suspension for flaming the guy. 4 times. Even tho he wouldn't let me play calmly the whole game. Alright dying I don't really mind its part of the game like I've tried my best, I almost got the guy, that's where it ends. No its not. Guy will talk shit about me for next 20 minutes. Yaay. I understand my actions were "childish" but I hate being called out when I try best. I'm still learning, let me be. I understand, yeah I've got most deaths. But I understand that my kills are the highest in the team and that you benefited nothing to the game. You were just tilting Kayn and I the whole game. Hopefully i get unbanned by tomorrow I don't need to waste my holiday like this.

I've avoided using your poll for one simple reason:

While it is okay to report teammates who break behavioral rules for ANY reason, it is NOT okay to intentionally aggravate or tilt them. So it's not okay to tilt teammates, but it IS okay to report anyone who is violating the rules, regardless of the reasons. We'd need an option of "it's not okay to tilt players intentionally, but it is always okay to report rules violations."

Also, everyone else on your team could also have reported you. The behavior of other players does not justify your own behavior being problematic.

The expectation is that you mute, report, and move on.

You won't get unbanned riot doesn't do this except when they made a mistake, which isn't the case here.

I get that game was frustrating, but you need to mute them if you can't handle, replying with flame does nothing except lowering yourself at their level and by doing so taking the risk of getting banned.

So no what they did wasn't ok, but it's your behavior that is judged when someone reports you, it doesn't matter if someone else started to flame before you it's not an excuse to lower yourself to their level.

The right thing to do is to report the guy who is flaming you, and if you can't handle it you should mute him too.

Here is a quote from the summoner's code :

Every person that we encounter is going to carry a different set of circumstances with them into the game, and therefore is going to have a different level of tolerance for frustration. If you end up in a game with an abusive player, don't lower yourself to their level. Instead, politely ask them to calm down. And remember, even if you're having a bad game, quitting or going AFK just ruins the game for the rest of the players. If someone's really starting to bother you, the mute and ignore commands are always there to resolve the situation.

So, nope riot won't unban you, but you can create another account and practice on it in the meantime.

Ya, I made a post about this a few days ago.

There still isn't an excuse for going off on someone. I know you were trying to justify it, but they were really just excuses. Mute, Report and move on. I know how you feel though and the below suggestion was designed specifically for cases like this.

Everyone has stresses in their life, whether it be work, school, or personal issues. So you can't really use it as an excuse to lash out.

Unfortunately Riot rarely overturns bans like this unless it was done by mistake. Next time I'd somone on your team is trying to tilt you, just mute them right away and continue to try your best.
