Missing Skins

Well I contacted support and I'm awaiting response but heres whats up.

So I checked on my Infernal Nasus skin and well its not there. Same for white mage veigar skin. What I still do have are ionia master yi and garen free skin from 2-3 years ago. I did buy Infernal Nasus with the RP (I bought the gift card from these certain people because we couldn't really buy online at that time but the money still went to the Riot so I'm glad I could support the game) a year or two ago. (The reason I checked is because I saw another player use him so I wanted to use him next game :p)

What I'm curious about now am I the only one this has happened to?
