the leaver buster should be made differently

1st The team with the leaver/dc/afk player can decide if to punish that player. Like a surrender vote system type of thing

2nd The player who got leaver buster can choose different ways to get his/her punishment for example i get 5 games with 20 minutes. so i can choose something like 10 games with 10 minutes or 20 games with 5 minutes or maybe even 100 games with 1 minute each or just get the entire punishment in 1 sitting 1 game 100 minutes

The voting thing seems nice, but it should trigger as long as anyone votes yes.

I dont think players should be able to choose punishments though. You could easily just set it to be only a single time then go afk during LPQ. And the extra minute wait over many games is just a very minor inconvinience, not a punishment.
