Summoner refusing help

What can i do to be a better summoner? i offer advice to other summoners in game with their builds. the most recent game was my last where and was getting melted by a . I get no response and she proceeds to get . idk what else i can, im a silver player from last season who started out in bronze. i would rather start out in silver this season and work for gold and i know that starts with being a better summoner.
