Hello? yes, i have bad games, i fall behind, i tilt, i feed, but it's never intentional. I hardly ever surrender and I try my heart out like 19 out of 20 games. Come on Riot.
You had a game on 7/14 where you built three tears at least a few minutes before the game ended -- that might have triggered it.
If you think it's misplaced, send a ticket in to Player Support to ask for clarification.

You died 15 times in a 20 min game...how is that possible unless you are inting?
Your reform card should have specified which games were considered to have been intentional feeding. Care to share that info with us?

just go in my OP.GG AND Ranked tab and scroll all the way to the bottom. Inspect my games and tell me I need to be suspended for intentionally feeding. It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to know the answer is No. LOL
I afk'd that game for like 2 or 3 minutes but came back. Went for a cig, to cool off.
Is AFK or Troll what I am being suspended for no, And I afk'ed one game for 3 minutes out of the 82 ranked games i played in the past 6 days. I picked Galio because I was sick of my teammates not playing Tanks. When I picked Galio I was trolling at champion select not expecting to win. When I got into Game I tried, I even used Probuilds and Copied Bjergsons Runes in champ select! Can't try new Champs in Ranked MB!
What's really funny here is we are talking 2 games out of 82 that I played in the past 6 days.
i take it no advisors, moderators, or heralds are responding because they are busy talking to each other and/or they know I am right.
How bout I can play the game on my main, and I was wrongfully suspended. Ya I said I don't care. do you honestly believe that, why would I even make a post then. Also counter argument, People say stuff they don't mean all the time, Like this game is a joke. Yes, on one hand it is, but do people really mean it? If they can Pull up a clip of me intentionally feeding, then ya go ahead and suspend me for 14 days for intentionally feeding, here's the thing though, they can't. And, here is why, because I didn't. I would really like a response here from this comment from Riot.
Accusing me of trolling / griefing my teammates, not providing proof and not giving me an example and not responding to me. Literally accsusing me of doing something without giving an example or ellaborating, Also telling me I'm doing something but it's not what I am suspended for. And, you call yourself an Advsor. Wonder why I am angry? 14 minutes later and still waiting for a response. What are you doing Chermorg? I just want to play on my main Account 
I’ll give you this sometimes you feel your team is going to follow up on your Galio engages and so you end up dying more often. Coming from a Gailo person : ) So I understand.
I am going to lock this thread. The OP has been directed to the proper venue in which to appeal their punishment. The OP has further been given multiple community members' opinions of why the punishment was warranted. The OP has responded to such members with spam replies, insults, sarcasm/sass, and near insults.
If OP has further questions regarding their punishment, they should contact Riot Support.
Honestly, seeing a bunch of anivia games makes me really wary as it's not unheard of for someone to troll through with the walls.
Suspicion of that aside, I would recommend contacting support as I don't see any blatant cases of intentional feeding in your recent match history. I do see an Anivia game where you bought three tears but it was really close to the end of the game and I'm not convinced that something that many games ago would have triggered the punishment.
See if you can get a response from Support with more information. It would be my guess that the punishment was one issued for non-obvious trolling (from our perspective), or it was an honest mistake by the system.

it was this game, I was so tilted lol. I guess it is warrented i guess trying new champs you know you are going to lose with. And, playing like ass is warrant for a temp suspend but that honor kills my soul. like i said 19 out of 20 games i try my ass off.
who cares honestly, this game is a joke. just make a new account. Would rather not even bother with the Riot Military Police.
If you go and spectate the game You can see me trying the entire time, also really hard to not die and clear waves when you are already behind and your 1 and 8 riven is afk and your draven is actually inting.
