Confused by Riot support!

So my account recently got permabanned, so I asked for help. They said the following:

Hello DarthRap,

I'm _______ and I will be assisting you.

So I have taken another look into your account just to make sure everything's correct for you, and it does seem there were exploits being used by this account with no signs of ever being compromised. However if an account is ever compromised, as the account creator you are ultimately responsible for all behavior on your account as well as maintaining its security and the security of its login information. While we can help players recover their accounts if they are compromised, we can't ignore any negative activity that occurred on their account while it was shared or compromised.

We took action to protect the fairness and integrity of the Fields of Justice. We stand firm on our decision to suspend this account and we will not be lifting it.

SO I JUST NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN "TRANSLATE" THIS VERY FORMAL LANGUAGE or DO A TL/DR. I dont quite understand what "compromised" means. I did understand it quite a bit, i just need to be sure.. its about years and days of playing and spending money on the acc after all...

"Compromised" means stolen, or otherwise accessed without your permission. They are saying there is no sign that someone else took your account and used the exploits they detected.

I actually read it all, from those that are NOT allowed I used MKJogo Im not gonna hide that. But it also stated this:

After an extensive investigation, your account: [Summoner] has been detected using MKLoL/MKJogo, a third party application that unfortunately violates our current policies and the League of Legends Terms of Use. More specifically, this application automates several actions on your behalf, including chat and jungle timers.

For now, this is a warning, but continued use of this program will result in suspensions placed against you, and may ultimately result in permanent account closure.

I'm trying to get some clarification on that, but in the meantime (or if I never get it), what MKJogo features did you use?

Only the skin and ward skin thingies that change your skin into the one you wish if you know those

But only untill some patch in preseason(probably). After that MkJogo said that every feature is disabled (i dont remember why) and then i removed it. Oh yeah i also used their replay system

I spoke with Support and they do say they issue a warning before permabanning for MKJogo if you only used the skin changer, so you might submit a ticket and ask why you didn't get one first - However, you dug yourself a pretty deep hole by allowing someone else to play your account. Account sharing in any way is against the Terms of Use.

Next time, you should probably do some research if third party programs (and which ones) are okay. The general rule of thumb is if it's exclusively a single player game, nobody will care if you replace all the character models with giant horse dicks. If it's a multiplayer game, particularly a competitive multiplayer game like League, third party programs and mods are a no no. Yes, only YOU can see the changes, so nobody's offended because they can't see their avatar is a giant horse dick, but these same relatively harmless, if vulgar, changes can just as easily be modified in your competitive favor. It can replace the cloaking status of champions like Shaco to instead be a giant beacon. You could also eliminate the fog of war entirely, or add an autoaim script, and this is just the very tip of the iceberg. Third party programs is also how people stage DDOS attacks and drophacks, and again, THAT is also the tip of the iceberg in terms of ways you can royally fuck with people in the game. I don't dabble in any of this stuff, and I can think of some seriously devious ways to ruin people's experiences and then some with simple third party programs.

So... Riot has a very tight leash on what programs they allow.

There's apparently no evidence that someone else accessed your account. "Compromised" in this context means that either you could have shared your account with someone else, who then abused it, or that your login information was guessed or stolen in some way. This Rioter says there is no evidence that one of these things happened.

In any case, whether or not it was actually you, the fact remains that some sort of exploit was detected on your account. Do you use any third-party software? Did you allow a friend to use your account? Did you perhaps leave your account logged in unattended? Did you give out your login information anywhere? Any of these things could result in cheating being detected on your account, whether it's a program you're running, or someone else on your account that's doing it.

The only thing i did of those that you mentioned is allow my friend to play at my account, at my house, at the party. 1 round each on normals, looks like nothing special to me... probably a big deal to them..
