Permabanned for 3rd party programs?
I saw a lot of people complain about getting banned for 3rd party programs today, im now one of them too. I dont even know any 3rd party program. What the hell is going on? Any chance all of us get our accs back?

Using a third-party program that could some how give you (or your team) an advantage is a breach in their terms of agreements.

This is our official stance on third party programs.
TL;DR No software should interfere directly with the in-game player experience between when you press “Play” and the end of game screen.
That said, you may have downloading a third party app that originally didn't do this, but they may have done an update (unbeknownst to you), which could have added something that would alter the in-game player experience. This is why it's tricky in terms of third party apps - you may not know what you're getting. D:
You probably used a mouse and bound a series of keystrokes to one key press.
The following questions are going to be asked by this board:
- Have you ever used a booster/boosting systems?
- Has anyone other than you ever played the account?
- Did you purchase the account?
- Does anyone else have your account information?
A vast majority of time, the person with the banned account will answer "yes" to at least one of these questions, leading to the assumption that the other person had used 3rd-party applications in the past, for which the account is being punished right now. Even though you, personally, may have not used illegal apps, Riot looks upon the account, as a whole, and bans the account but not the player individually.
Edit: it's very unlikely you will get your account back. The only time Riot reverses permabans are due to idiosyncratic extenuating circumstances.
Same thing happened to me. I asked what program j used cuz I don't use any timers or anything (don't know how too) and yet they won't lift the ban. Way to treat your fans fairly riot. So because some Ragers or kids decided to click a report button my 4 years of playing is gone.
