Bye Bye

Diamond account perma'd .

I'm not even gonna lie , I've been soft flaming out of frustration . Not people having bad games , but actual trolls .

this -> the support Pyke that goes 0-5 while luling in chat everytime he dies , and ends up AFK at 10min saying "bye" . this -> The mid wukong with 150 hp that dies to lissandra 10 secs after I ping him to back but decides to not listen. I kill lissandra right after , and push the big wave under turret to deny Lissandra EXP and gold and the possibility to freeze lane which would doom wukong completely ( she had TP up and death timer was long enough for her to lose the equivalent of 2 waves ) . Wukong decides that it was taxing so he afk-shadow me in my jungle to last hit my camps for 15min until we obviously lose.

this -> The 0-10 Akali that decided to run it down mid ( not a figure of speech , actually run it down ) after getting dove twice under turret despite my pings and my accurate tracking of enemy jungler. she lane swapped and went to feed top instead haHAA

this -> The wannabe-shiphtur Ekko mid smite , that decides to steal my raptors level 1 so he can get level 2 and "win lane" even though I asked him not to , he puts me behind and underleveled against enemy Kha . Also ends up losing his lane feeding the xerath, as if destroying his jungler's pathing and early pressure wasn't enough .

I wasn't a challenger player , and I know that Diamond5 is overall low level still, but I sure as hell wasn't that bad at this game if i could get that second account to diamond in 3 weeks from a new unranked account.

My point is , if RIOT actually CARED and put a system in place that punished these types of behavior ( trolling , RQ ,** SOFT INTING** , griefing like shadowing your jg ) , and I mean actually ban those people that are the roots of the toxicity , suddenly this game wouldn't be that bad to grind because we would KNOW for fact , that these guys trolling and making 4 people in the game miserable , would be actually hard punished and we wouldn't need to flame or vent to keep it together

Yes flaming is bad , but at some point we're human and trolls get to you and it happens. especially because we know that they roam freely and will never get punished because they didn't say the F-word or the R-word which is the only thing that RIOT focuses on.

You can't mute a player running it down . You can't mute a player that went 0-6 and still tries to 1v1 the overfed enemy laner just because he is tilted and muted all and stopped caring, and guess what ? it happens in at least 50% of our games , and we are powerless .

Reporting them will MAY BE someday , hypothetically get them banned . Lol .

I'll take 4 flamers in-game that try their best to win anyday against 1 troll that decides to throw the game 4fun . Losing because of players like that is the worse because once again , nothing will happen to their accounts .

I know that D5 is a cesspool of boosted accounts, trolls and players with ego as big as Central Park , but man I'm not even mad that my 2nd account got perma'd .

Hopefully for you guys that will keep playing, they will actually reforge their report system and ban priority .

Poor chat behavior = Punishable and easy to detect/catch.

Poor game behavior (such as trolling) = Punishable and hard to detect/catch.

Just because one is harder to catch doesn't mean that Riot should intentionally let other forms of poor behavior run rampant.

I don't know too many people who would disagree. I would much rather have a toxic player who plays well than the nicest guy in the world who feeds hard.

Muting a flamer = no more flaming.... Muting a feeder = still a feeder.

A nice feeder is much like a guy who is pounding your girl while he looks at you and says sorry over and over.

And you guys still don't believe League is dying. I've seen the death of the flightsim and space sim genres (before they were uh.."reborn."). The only thing keeping this game alive is the NBA teams investing in it and the pro scene. The top 0.1% keeping the bottom 99.9% afloat.

Riot thinks they can police human nature, turn people into perfect Jesus Christ avatars and create world peace in a reverse 1984 type society. Yet all they wind up doing is having a bot do a human's job.
