Riot, please look into IP bans. I am playing a Mid-Gold MMR game with a troll who gives 0 fucks because their main is probably diamond or challenger. These players need to be punished. They are the true cancer of league.

riot needs to decide what ranked is, if it's supposed to be competitive, then you can't have players claiming they 'didn't know' or 'having a bad game' these behaviors are EASILY identified.
