Reported someone through ingame ticket

I reported someone last night through an ingame ticket yesterday, sending riot screenshots of this guy telling me to kill myself and constantly cursing me out. Riot sent me a message back saying they will review his behavior and punish him based on it. On lolking, it shows his full match history but on the actual league of legends game it doesn't show his last 5 matches. Does this mean he got banned and riot is hiding the game where the offenses took place?
