I've put well over 200 dollars into my account and you're telling me it gets perma banned for being reported in ONE MATCH with blatant trolls? I reported both trolls and it notified me that they were punished, then I am banned as well? I'm just trying to climb out of toxic silver elo and I get people who join games and troll for no reason and literally since I just responded i'm banned as well. I put money into this account. WTF riot. Is this perma ban worthy? Your logs should really show the others chat as well!

while having some of these lines would be ok prob maybe 1-5 of them, the others are just beating a bush, linking op.gg does not mean crap when you think they are trolling or not, they could be trying and you are being an ass to them by repeating the same stuff over and over

My 14 day ban was like 4 months ago... I literally buckled down and told myself to reform because this account meant so much to me... This is one match... They were flamming and naut was literally running down bot lane inting. This is so not fair! ONE match pushed me to my limit and it's not even that bad.... They even said in chat they were trolling lol. I wish there were actual person reviews of reports and not just some automatic system man because any person who could review the whole case would see that I don't deserve to be banned.

Is calling people trolls and telling those who repeatedly are saying you're bad/trash to op.gg stats that freaking abusive!? This is just so unbelievable to me.

That does suck, 4 months of no toxicity, you only had about 2 more months before they would have deescalated your account. I feel for you i really do. try to send in a ticket into riot and chat with them, do not get angry with them as that will seal the deal just explain your situation and stuff, also do not talk about how much money you spent on it as that will not matter to them. I personally have spent over 450 bucks in game and 70 bucks for the merch. the way i combat toxicity is to talk out loud instead of in the game.

Yes, it is. Considering you started the game berating the Naut after he did something. There is a line between berating/harassing and questioning something done.

Agreed, but man I could understand if I was flamming and calling names but I literally did none of that... A freaking perma ban for that? I guess I'll just have to make another account sometime... That is so lame tho man. It kills me I can't even express my opinion to a mod or anyone who has power. Just have to deal with this bull crap.

You were warned during your 14 day ban that your next offense would be permanent. Depending on how frequently you played during the time since that ban, it's likely you didn't fall down the punishment levels.

From what can be seen. You accused him of trolling first and then he decided that he would do just that. Granted I could be wrong because I wasn't involved.

Pretty accurate. Over it now, both trolls in that match who I reported were punished as well, hopefully it was a perma ban for them.

Please tell me this "troll" was the Naut in your last game who had a better KDA and higher Kill participation than you, placed the most wards, bought the most control wards and led the team in assists.

Yeah he was, but do I need to explain what happens when a support ints with an adc and leaves fights etc, c'mon my guy. Besides there isn't much someone can do once your support runs down bot lane and feeds a voli bear. Even if I stayed under tower I got dived. Believe as you wish as I'm over it.

Yeah, from my experience it seems that its not what you say, but more of how much you say. As shown above I never said anything extremely offensive but since I talked so much I got banned. Over it now, gonna dish out more money for rp on an account and try again to not get tilted by no life virgins who find joy in trolling random people online. Wish me luck...

Like I said before, my 14 day ban was about 4 months ago and I haven't received a report since then. Your assertive opinion on me being "toxic" for getting tilted by trolls in one match is toxic to me. Shoo away before I die of toxicity.

That 14-day ban meant you were toxic in previous games. You're on thin ice after that. And I believe it expires with time played, not just real time.

Unfortunately, Riot doesnt explain that once you have been chat banned/suspended, basically any reports following even the slightest rudeness or sometimes even just messaging in chat AT ALL can result in "further punishment".. Once ur account has punished, it gets "flagged" as a "problematic account", and Riot has a really itchy trigger finger when it comes to punishing "flagged" accounts. And of course its not fair, and of course its stupid. Everyone knows those jerks are trolling, feeding, flaming, and destroying your MMR and KDA playing like drunk toddlers while they laugh among themselves on discord watching you slowly tilt. Riot knows. Buts Riot still has this useless "toxicity crime stoppers" system in place to stop you from cyberbullying those defenseless gaymers.. Why? TO MAKE MONEY. We know its unfair. They know. It doesnt matter, because its FOR MONEY. League is marketing to tweens and girls a lot more now, they are really trying to get those kids to dump their allowance into the game, and a very important part of that is convincing overprotective parents and sensitive virginal Sailor Moon loving 15 year old nerd-girls that the game isnt "full of naughty words and meanie heads". They will make MORE MONEY banning "problematic people" that say naughty words, than not. Plain and simple. And dont forget, the "reporting system" just creates the perfect place for trolls. They get to troll you and feed ingame and force everyone on their team to lose without fear of punishment (not that they care about the game anyways), and then if you say anything negative (which they totally want you to. they want you to get upset with them) then they even get to TATTLE ON YOU too!! Its a trolls paradise, really.. so your are going to have to deal with them relatively frequently on League. Moral of the story? Theres nothing you can do about the ban, and if you wanna keep your account, dont say s*** to those trolls and feeders anymore. Not a word, not GG, not nothing. Just mute everyone the moment the game starts, use pings to communicate, and play, because youre probably not going to get any actual justice on fields of justice.

Personally, I think they should just perma-chat ban people that have constant ingame chat issues, and focus on perma-banning people from games that feed and troll.

Riot tried that before and it didn't work as people who can't misbehave in chat will start to misbehave through gameplay instead, which is allot harder to prove intent wise than simple chat-related offenses are. That said though, gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 14-day ban as the first punishment. In case you don't believe me on this point here are two examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it's just two examples, but it proves that they do get punished.

There's a fine line between trash talking and being a jerk. If your trash talk gets to the point where you're just insulting and harassing others left and right then that's when it's punishable. As for the "tattle" excuse, I see it more as "holding people accountable for their behavior" and besides, the "people they have upset" can also report them for inting/trolling where they get slapped with a 14-day or permaban depending on their punishment history.
