Feels good to see so much perma banned players complaining in boards, but...

It also scares me, i'm afraid that i'm the next ;_;

.

PS: I usually make fun of mistakes of try to advise the players on how to do better (not in a flaming way), but sometimes, i little screw on my head pops off and then there's no way to stop it. Usually happens when someone is so stuborn to the point of not admiting he's wrong, even if he has the whole team saying it.

EDIT: This doesn't happen that frequently, i'm just saying that probably in 1/40 games the screw pops off. Usually i'm very friendly.

EDIT 2: I should've posted this on Memes & Games... I think some of you didn't understand this is a joke, and that everyone has that one frustrating game, and it can result in flame...

It's not like a perma-ban pops up out of nowhere. You either have to do something extremely bad that warrants a manual perma-ban otherwise you need to travel up the punishment ladder first.

What a lot of people underestimate is what it takes to get reported. A lot of things factor into that, not just your behaviour in chat. People always point to their chat log to prove they didn't do anything (when in fact they did flame) but that's not the main point. You can get away with some harsher words if you don't get reported. It's all about how the other players view you, if you are generally positive you won't be punished.

Now after writing, that sounds like an exploit for the system... and it basically is. Be nice, don't get reported, don't get punished. It's that easy. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

If you've been viewing the PB boards then you'd see that some of those people got punished over trivial/minor/tame chat logs; the IFS is strict, be prepared to get punished for the same kind of chat logs

That makes sense.

I've never seen anyone's logs say "fuck off" then "Sorry, let's focus on the game" or any compliments. The chat logs generally have a tipping point, and are typically negative after that point.

If your teammates remember you as a positive player, or a player that ended up being positive, they'd be less likely to report you.

is it so hard to not flame? [zombie-brand-mindblown]
