okay so i just started a game as bard supp got to 55 sec in had to help my dad move something said brb got back the game was over and they remaked the game, i did not dc nor did i get the pop up of if you stay afk longer you will be kicked this is unfair and was wondering if i can get the leaver buster revoked because i dont want to wait 10 min ques for afk/ leaving a game when i did not afk or leave/ dc the game is this possible to revoke it thanks.

Dude, if you left at 0:55 and came back post-remake, that means you were gone for over two minutes. That's a really long time, especially in the early game. Your team lost your help on leashing for the jungler, as well as Bard's strong early-game poke in lane (Which I'm sure you know is a major reason to play the champ). At the point of the remake, the enemy bot lane was level 3 with a total of 20 CS, while your ADC was level 2 with 6 cs. So if you had returned AT THAT MOMENT, and somehow immediately shown up in lane, you'd have been an easy kill at best.
That's exactly why the remake system is in place. You abandoned your team, but they were able to avoid being dragged down too much by that fact.
Knowing how household chores in my family went, there's always a good chance that "something quick" could take 5+ minutes. My only Leaver/AFK punishments were from when I was living at home because of that.
I don't blame your team for voting to remake, just as I don't blame you for helping your dad out. The Leaver Buster is a side effect from those kinds of things coming up a little too frequently though.
You keep saying you didn't "afk or leave". You were away from your keyboard and I presume you left the room.
You did afk/leave, even if it wasn't for a toxic reason. Your team lost 5+ minutes of their time (and the enemy too) because they had to remake - they didn't know how long you would've been gone.
My advice is either to explain to your parents the situation (I play this game and there are 9 other people that are inconvenienced when you need me to do something right now) or manage your playing times around times your parents are very unlikely to ask for your help. If they don't understand, I hate saying it but maybe try and find a game that isn't as time-consuming (Overwatch, etc.) that games are over with in 10-20 minutes.
You left your computer to go help your dad. I'd say that was going AFK, right?
if you helped ur dad with sth and they can remake the game meaning u leave for >3mins, which is not good for your whole team. While you being afk, you set yourself behind, your teammate behind, altho your reasoning is not blamable but ye this game revolve around 5 players so afk by any reason is not good for everyone else.
