Post game mute?

I was just wondering if it was possible to have the mutes in game carry over to the post game lobby. I think that'd save us from quite a bit of tilt and it's the things we can't respond to in time that's near the most frustrating. This question spawned from playing with plat players but we all know those little devils just don't know better. Having a rioter respond to this would be very helpful, thanks!
