Toxic players

Last game I had a Jhin adc that would watch his fellow champs gank his lane and his excuse is a bad one. No Mana. Yet when we point out he has a free crit when he autos he gets all toxic and is well aware what jhin does. Why must we suffer with toxic players that refuse to help the team or outright have no clue what his champion does? (btw this is ranked as usual) just tired of enjoying a game i like but to the expense of intent trolls in ranked...one day this will be done with
