How to stop people from being toxic in ranked

OK every now and then you will get an int feeder or just plain straight out toxic asshole in your game and you will lose your LP and possibly your rank isnt that frustrating? well what if i said i have an idea on how to stop these said people

The Idea so you will have a different punishment system for ranked que along with the standard punishments for norm like ( 5 game chat ban, 25 game chat ban 2 week ban then perma these are the bans right now) so if you are constantly being toxic and feeding in ranked you will just get straight up banned from ranked for the season. So you will start off with a 30 min ranked ban not a que wait just you cant selected the ranked play for 30min. Then if you are toxic or feed again in ranked you get a 2 hr then 1 day then 7day then 30 day ranked ban and if you are not cleaned up or have not stop feeding by then you can get a season ranked ban where you can not play ranked till the next season IE season 8 and your rank gets reset to nothing.

what do you guys think of my idea because ranked is supposed to be the best place to play because in theory everyone is supposed to be communicating and playing there best and not feeding and being all around ass hats. i know this wont completely eliminated all toxic people or feeders just some but if it can remover some from not being aloud to play ranked thats okay for me if there really that toxic and they deserved the season ranked ban.
