Why are there always chinese players at midnight timezone in PST queueing up and calling people n-words and dogs consistently without being punished? I don't find this very "fun" to play against as i've reported several and only gotten one instant feedback.

not sure how you can tell they are of Asian decent of any kind, but on the note of IFS reports, you'll only get it if your the last one to report them, and even then it doesnt always appear.
Why would Chineese play on NA? The ping would be horrid.
The feedback is not meant to inform you of specific accounts being punished. It is sent out occassionally to remind you that your reports do get reviewed. So dont use that as an indicator of someone not getting punished. That is not its purpose.
