Is this really fair?

I have never been chat restricted, or had any disciplinary problems except for ONE other time in which i was 2 week banned. Although i did not understand why my first punishment was a 2 week ban i understood i was toxic and i accepted my punishment. However i was in a game today and as you will see in my chat logs i do not believe i was toxic enough to receive a PERMANENT BAN again with no chat restriction or any other punishment of the sort. i personally do not think this was fair to me as a player what so ever. If you believe i was toxic enough to deserve a perma ban please do let me know . Iv had friends say much much worse things in game and only get chat restricted however i was permanently banned for this and it feels unjustly severe for my words

You get a 14 day ban in cases of extreme toxicity. (Such as using hate speech or telling people to kill themselves.)

That's flaming. You're using the report tool as a weapon.

You spend too much time arguing with your teammates and it negatively impacts the game, earning you a punishment.

On the 14 day reform card you are warned that the next punishment would be a permaban. You didn't take the warning, so you got permabanned.

saying anything in game that could even be remotely construed as toxic after a 14 day ban is playing with fire. the 14 day ban is your warning that you're on your last chance and you obviously didn't get the message. in other words yes this is fair.

I won't go through your chat log, I'll just explain in short what happened and why

If you got 14 day ban as your first punishment, it means you used one of the zeto-tolerance words. Used racial slur or told someone to kill themselves. And if you, as you said, didn't know why you got 14 day ban as your first punishment it was your responsibility to find out why.

As for this one, how toxic you are, does not matter. If you got 14 day ban, if you get banned again, it Is permaban.

So to answer your question, it is fair.

  1. Asking for reports is pointless, one report counts the same as 9. And you asked for it three times.
  2. I wouldn't say "toxic idiot" is a serious flame, but since you already had a 2-week ban...yeah.
  3. You talked too much in general, there was no need for any of that. She was trolling, okay, mute all,report her later, the end. Honestly, if I had a 2-week ban and knew that perma is the next step, I'd just not even use the chat...you had it coming.
