Dont worry you will get your account back, but you will have to wait the 14 days. Those 14 days wont be reduced just for saying sorry.

Riot does not unban accounts that were not banned in error. The only way to get your account back will be to wait the full 14 days. It is also important to note that your account will only be one strike away from a permanent band at that point, so you definitely will need to reform your behavior.
