Can you please teach the IFS how to tell time? I know its a patch day but still this is unacceptable

So the reform card that I got said i will be un-banned on March 7, 2018, 4:28 am. Well here it is, 3 pm for me.....even if my ban is on PST time....that means my ban should have been up 7+ hours ago.

I have tried logging in and out about 10x now and it still give me the reform card pop up and i still can't play. Please fix this.

Submit a support ticket. You won’t get any attention/help on the forums, bro.

Just make a new account. That one has been flagged as "toxic" so you're going to get all shitty allies and difficult opponents from now on. Just start fresh.
