Elo Boosting Sites Response

I have come across random elo boosting advertisement and not sure how I should report my findings. I'm pretty sure it goes against the summoners code but am unsure who to report to (Although I'm sure riot is probably aware of most of the websites/people).

A support ticket would be your best option - https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

Beware, most of them are not actual elo boosting sites. They're fake traps that usually just steal the person's money. Sometimes people will even report the person who asks for elo boosting to Riot.

Keep the good work sir! Your innocence in this regard is refreshing!

Sadly, they probably know, because, doing a google search on gameplay tips and core build items brings up dozens of these sites, including one particularly interesting one claiming to be "based in LA" and "friends with rioters" so they "know what riot looks for when banning people" which is interesting to say the least. Of course, this is the internet, and anyone can say anything.
