Bad Game Or Inting?

Rio you have to decide, Is feeding allowed and a reportable offence. I'm not talking about the 0/3 or the 0/9s im talking about someone who plays the game dies to their laner level 1 runs back dies again and again and again, im talking about the players who make the same mistake mopre than 10 times in the same game and feed like crazy people who go 0/15 but say " im just having a bad game". id rather have a semi average flammer in my game then a huge feeder, i can mute the player but u cant do a single thing about the feeder besides watch him/her throw the entire game. these are the real trolls. so my question is where do we draw the line between inting and feeding. bc if inting is only running down a lane non stop from now on these tolls r just gonna average one death every 2 mins and blame lag or bad game and get away with it u need to fix this.

Intentional feeding is not allowed. Having a bad game is.

The difference is the word "intentional." If you are intentionally throwing the game by poor play, that's punishable. Players are, however, allowed to have lag, to be learning a champion, or -- yes -- to just be bad. The conscious effort to ruin a game is the deciding factor, not the outcome of their performance.

That will almost certainly not be changing.

There is nothing to decide, or rather its already decided. Playing bad is not against rules. Playing bad consistently carries different penalties, loss of LP, loss of MMR, demotions...
