About support smite nunu

First, go to his twitch. It specifically states he will do it regardless of what the others in the game think. And second, this is bad because he NEVER GOES BOT or at least next tupdate never. That means that for his enjoyment, he lowers both the winning chances and enjoyment of another player on the team. If an add has to 2v1 early, the enemy will probably get fed, lowering the chance of winning. If he played support with smite, that isn't bannable. But it's the singed case, he doesn't play support, he plays jungle.
