Is it enough?

So I just had a game where we were ahead of the enemy but then suddenly my team fed 3 kills to the enemy Evelyn and 2 more later.We got a few kills here and there after that,and then we noticed the Evelyn was nowhere to be seen and it had been quite a while.She had afked.

We started to get ahead again(Evelyn's afk was the reason we won,probably.).After that she came back online.Then she started to call our adc trash etc,etc.Then,she admitted to intentionally afking due to her morgana playing badly.She also said'Whenever I see that someone is playing like trash I afk just so they could lose' and that 'Trash don't deserve to get carried.'

This is probably why some,if not all people are hardstuck in bronze.So,I decided to report her but what I wanted to ask was,will it be enough?Or should I submit a support ticket?I really want that Evelynn to get punished.

a ticket never hurts but you should always report too because the ifs might just beat the rioter to the pot, by the time your ticket is found in the pile

I had similar issues. They wont do anything about it. The players that trolls in game get unpunished, while the ones that finally had enough and starting to flame the player gets reported.
