Faster Punishment for obvious cases of intentionally feeding and going afk intentionally.

I got banned to for toxic behaviour (Just chat, never trolling) 14 days ban (which I think is too much for a 1. ban ever, what ever this is off topic). For such cases an automatic system is good and fair, cause chat is the only source of action.

But for obvious cases of trolling (examples in the title) there should be better options for an instant/faster punishment. These ppl shouldn't have the option to troll more games and buy new accounts and play again like 1 month or so. I know ppl personally who do that (buy hacked accounts for 1-5€). They get banned way to slowly, so slow that it makes sense for them to buy new accounts over and over again.

Bring back tribunal (as an addition to the automatic system) or something where players with a high honor level (which would even exclude me) can watch replay of a game or/and read the chat and ban these ppl. Also such cases of obviously intentionally trolling should be punished with a perma ban. Or maybe after an a personal excuse (email) to the tribunal they should get a 2cnd chance, if its honest.

2 game examples from my recent soloQ (last 8 games, high plat - low dia elo)

  1. Someone in my team (dont want to expose him, but he won his position/lane also) thought we are all trash and went afk. (We had more towers, all dragons, herald, more xp & gold). He just hated us and went afk. We lost a free win ofc. Game: https://matchhistory.euw.leagueoflegends.com/de/#match-details/EUW1/3605462766/227077874?tab=overview

  2. Gangplank inted top and all other lanes after too (Dont want to share the game, cause the stats would expose him , 0/11/4) Even enemys recognized his troll.

This happens over and over again. Both cases are easy proven as intentional trolling by reading the chat history or watch the replay.

Also when the troll doesnt happen in my team, I sometimes dont even report because i forget to do it atthe end. I hate myself afer I realised it, but think this happens to more ppl because they dont feel too attached and pissed. So also reporting for previous games (last day at least) should be possible imo.

Back when tribunal existed, it was open to the entire player base to come read the chat log and decide if it is worthy of punishment or not. We didn't even have enough participation from the entire player base to take a few minutes to read the logs (some people just insta-punish or insta-forgive without reading).

Why do you think limiting the participation pool (to high honor level) and make people watch potentially 20-60 minutes replay for one case would actually work? I'm sure someone will say int case is less than chat toxicity case. You know what? If this is a thing, people will just report everyone who died more than 5 times a game. People can't even differentiate between feeding and INTENTIONALLY feeding.

It's gonna have the same problem as the old tribunal: It's slow an ineffective. It's already proven that people will just report people for inting even though they aren't so why would the tribunal be any different? You would just get alot of mixed answers and inconclusive results, meaning a Rioter would have to manually handle the case anyways.

I agree it's frustrating, but there isn't really a solution. The current implementation limits false-positives while still catching a fair bit of actual trollers, and as time goes on, it'll get even better and faster at detecting them.

You are mentioning replay and chat which have to be checked manually. There are millions of reports every week for intentional feeding because people dont know what intentional feeding is. Riot would have to watch hours upon hours of videos and read tons and tons of chat logs. None of that is "fast". its waste of time and money.
