PLAYERS THAT NEVER CONNECT FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME

I understand some people have internet issues...and I understand random Rito dcs happen. But for god's sake IT NEEDS TO STOP RUINING MY RANKED GAMES. I don't know HOW many times I have had to report someone for never connecting and costing me a ranked loss. I understand it's not always their fault but I'm sick and tired of being punished for it. I'm no computer nerd but isn't there some sort of program rito could work on to detect afks or dcs and maybe lessen the amount of IP we lose for it? PLEASE I wouldn't be taking to the damn message boards if this wasn't such a problem. Trolls are enough but at least they show up.
