I've been in lobbies where people are already saying "if you don't dodge I'm going to throw this game so fucking hard" ie: 3 mins ago. When Riot looks at chat logs to punish people do the logs go into lobby logs as well? Id like to know if they can see stuff like that
Yes, Riot can access lobby and post-game chat logs.
last time someone threatened to throw the game and troll me if i didn't switch roles with him, I just didn't say anything.....he ended up dodging the game. what a pssy
Riot can see ALL chat within the client.
Be it pre/post game or even out of game.
Although currently the post game screen reporting system refers directly to pre/in/post game. You'd have to report others through a submitted ticket if it was out of game (i.e personal messages).
