I've been in lobbies where people are already saying "if you don't dodge I'm going to throw this game so fucking hard" ie: 3 mins ago. When Riot looks at chat logs to punish people do the logs go into lobby logs as well? Id like to know if they can see stuff like that
LostFr0st2 votesYes, Riot can access lobby and post-game chat logs.
nekonoodles1 votesgreat! thankyou
venomous frost1 voteslast time someone threatened to throw the game and troll me if i didn't switch roles with him, I just didn't say anything.....he ended up dodging the game. what a pssy
nekonoodles1 votesthe game I just played where that happened actually went okay, the guy didn't int feed or anything at first but when he wasn't getting ganks he started abandoning lane and taking jg farm. luckily we were all much farther ahead and were able to still pull through

Be it pre/post game or even out of game.
Although currently the post game screen reporting system refers directly to pre/in/post game. You'd have to report others through a submitted ticket if it was out of game (i.e personal messages).
