Bans...

TLDR ; In conclusion, I hope I worded this correctly, my english is not the best, but: I believe 1. Customer support is not too good, and 2. the way they treat all player behaviour doesn't seem equal for all players and yeaaaa. Sorry, just had to release my feelings about that last games Gragas. By the way, once again, I'm no perfect player but I don't tell players to harm themselves and anything outside of the game in general if I am tilting

I haven't been banned on my account (YET) but I only worry because there are games where I can get out of hand. Who doesn't tilt every once in a while? What scares me is the thread http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/3BP5Y1pp-examining-my-permanent-ban showing he really doesn't deserve a perma ban at ALL, and how there are people in the league community telling each other to drink bleach, kill themselves, and other things that have absolutely nothing to do with the game. Fucking psychopaths rage so hard at league they harass players outside of the game. I don't know much about the current banning system, not even if it is automated or not, but it seems as if it is! I don't follow how the tribunal works or if you can just get permabanned immediately after enough reports, but the current system is broken, and I think that there needs to be some damn change. Also why is there not a customer support line for Riot? Biggest game in the world right now and there's a terrible player support system, terrible system for correcting player behaviour, and it's just completely flawed and I personally believe they need to invest more time in the casual gaming scene, instead of all this pro gaming scene stuff. Don't get me wrong, the pro gaming scene, Riot changed completely for the better, but I think that the whole support and player punishment system is completely flawed. I thought of posting this after seeing the thread http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/3BP5Y1pp-examining-my-permanent-ban which you should read, and also after a game of my gragas jungle telling me to kill myself, drink bleach, and basically just harm myself in real life for how I did one game of the day.
