Every time you found to be toxic the next punishment will be harsher,
For example - you flamed and got 10 chat restrictions, if you will flame again, even after a year have past you will get the 20 chat restrictions.

10-20(chat)-14days-perma resets after 3 months. Unless they changed it.

No, it falls of if I am not mistaken, so let's say your behavior is really good in between negative punishments, you can get lowered a tier and get a little announcement like: you have been playing better lately.
Unless it was changed VERY recently, there's no one-week ban. And it's 25-game chat restriction, not 20.

If you stop the behaviours that got you punished, you will slowly drop punishment tiers, but you have to be actively playing games. On average that takes about 3 months, but can vary somewhat.
Finally, your punishment may be escalated to any tier level right up to perma for unusually bad behaviour - e.g. racist comments.
