I thought no one could check the chat logs from the lobby? How can that riot person say he didn't communicate in lobby without proof?

Saying "I'm going roaming support so pick a solo bot lane" is not communication. To have communication, you need input from all parties in the conversation. This leaves no door open for any debate, or any other input. After watching several of his games, I noticed that he is so adamant about playing this particular role, nothing his team says or does will change his mind. I also noticed that people will resort to dodging queue with him to avoid playing with him.

Telling your team I'm going to do X and ADC you prepare to do one v two is not genuine give and take communication with the team.

What "nunu support smite thing"? Also, I've heard so many different versions of whether or not lobby chat is checkable, I have no clue.

PLayer uses Nunu support with smite and counter jungles and leaves ADC 1v2, Riot suspended the account fort 14 days due to uncooperative behavior. Player claims they havent done anything wrong and that according to the rules "tactical disagreement" is not reportable.

But didn't they want Bard to roam more? Why is it that it seems support is the #1 target of "you didn't do X, so report," get banned?

It isn't the roaming that is the issue it is the never being bot lane that is the issue. Would you want to 1v2 the other adc/support all game as an adc while your "support" is getting killed in their jg? watch his stream to see the truth. Go ahead downvote me people. But if you were the adc in these cases you wouldn't be happy with it either. Downvote away hypocrites.

The argument is that this guy isn't playing a roaming support, he's playing a second jungle and calling it support.

Dunno. I haven't really been following it so I have idea what his win rate is on it. It has to be working at least some of the time, but how much, I have no clue.
