Can Riot do something about Rage Quitters?

You know who gets hurt the most when theres a rage quitter in ranked?

Their team who has no choice but to take the LP loss because 1 person didn't get their way. And that results in tilting and more toxicity.

The other 4 players who has to suffer because of this 1 rage quitter don't get compensated. Just a typical "We're sorry and hope you have better luck next game" company excuse.

Maker harsher punishment for rage quitting, give reduced LP loss for the rest of the team, ban rage quitters from ranked, give them bigger LP loss than the rest of the team, instant demotion, anything to discourage rage quitting.
