Can we stop with this give up attitude?
Almost every game in low elo is winnable, especially if the enemy team is being over confident. Play till the screen says defeat, dont give up and then go on to blame a lane thats doing better than you.

Wish people could figure out when to give up and not give up. Some games are winnable yes, but when you're going 0/10 and the guy doing the best makes it pretty clear he can't carry it don't be afraid to press FF.
More than likely your teammates don't have any synergy together causing conflicts within the team. This can happen with consistent mistakes on one player or even when the person making the mistakes starts typing "We can win team!!" and denying the forfeit vote this comes off very negatively with the players whom need to have commit the most effort into winning the game so they rather just move on instead of playing with that player for another 10-15 minutes.
Players dont understand that some champions are late game. It doesn't matter how bad you do early game, if you make it to late game, you are going to win. Unfortunately most people give up before reaching that point.
I personally surrender in Normals if:

Until riot fixes the damage issue, games are over when called.
