Got banned permanently for no reason. Please help

I check my email and see this " Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use. You can review these terms at http://www.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Mon Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2100 " Please explain. . Days ago, maybe last week, I get a lot of gift from riot. Double check again, those are my skins I already bought from the mysteries gifts. I didn't use third party, didn't use web to check how many skins I have, didn't share account to anyone. Please explain. Or surely charge back! Try to find out many result of 2100 and I receive that you think this is not my account? Ok fine. I'm confused why do you combine some tickets in my other account in to this account? The other one is banned by script accidently I don't care, I think it is my fault so I don't charge back. I don't mind 1000$. But this account I don't do anything. I have another account from 6 years ago and change into the same email to easily check something new. Please help. Ticket ID: 25388594 And 25411820.

2100 is account compromised code IIRC.

If it is, you're not exactly banned. The account got suspended until you get in touch with Support and get it all sorted out. So just be patient, it's the weekend so you might not hear back until Monday.

however, why dont they mark it as temp ban, or something else. They told me as perma ban when I log-in, and no reason as well :(

They tell you it's a permaban to make the hacker give up on trying to use your account again.

There are a few cases where "Permaban" isn't really a permaban, but rather a ban with no set end date. One of them is when an account is compromised, since they want to hear back from the account owner before they release it.

PS: Riot gave out a lot of Summoner Icons recently for things like being invited to the Alpha Client, Snowdown, Noxus Icon, etc. and they all showed up as the notifications you're describing.

Not really, I still received more than that. Those are skins I bought from mystery gift myself 2 weeks ago the date I received "gifts" again.

You received all those notifications at once because Riot disabled gifting notifications in the Alpha client until recently; once they enabled it again, you would get notifications for all the gifts you received since the last time you logged into the legacy client. That has nothing to do with your punishment.

As he said, 2100 is commonly used for Account Compromise. Just submit a ticket and Player Support will help you out; you'll need to provide some basic personal and account information to prove you are the original account holder.

I wish but this account is 6 years old already. Some question is the date I made it, first 5 champs =.= Other information is fine

Just so your best to remember. List off everything you can recall. Even if you remember your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc, or who you played the most while starting out, just something to prove it was you.

I know, thank you for telling me that. I'm trying to fix that. I'm not from a speaking English country. English is also not the second language. Maybe the 5th or 6th's. Everybody is like oh bad game masters banned poor person. Did anybody actually read this? He admitted, that it's his fault, that one of his accounts got banned. If he's got 2 accounts then both are being banned, that's just logical. Would you ban somebody, if you know he's going to play 10 minutes later on a different account? No! You would ban both accounts. Simple. And since he admitted it was his fault i don't understand, why you people are so consistent about it. He got what he deserved, point.

You have to separate this into 2 problem. My first account got banned because I was using script (accidentally, I didnt open it, someone use it in the PC I was using. Fine, It's my fault, I don't care, I agree with the determination of banning permanently). This is not. You don't know anything about the code 2100, it is not the year I get unbanned. If you don't know anything, don't leave comments.

It looks like you pass a red light for the first time in your life, you get charged. The next time, you didn't do anything, you stop at the red light but the police comes and tells you that you pass this red light years ago, now you will get charged the second time. So Stupid huh? Like you!

Yo guy, 2100 is the code, not the year. I don't know you are stupid or not until you say something. Thank you. If you try to google 2100 Code, you will see it is account compromised - There are some hackers want to hack this acc and this ban will make them give up. Now I know it. But I'm not sure you want to know it or not
