New client Champ select Bug

I play normal 5 v 5 with my friends. After click on accept when matching up in Queue, everyone goes into champ select screen but me, I turn back to Queue. After a minute, I was reported to be not select a champ and kick back to Queue(?) when I was in Queue. And I was blocked in 6 minutes. After relog, I do the 2nd time and get blocked in 15 minutes with the same reason. I was happened from 9-9:30 pm EST in my account. What if it is in rank?
