This account i am on is A perma banned account. Yes a Perma banned account saying thank you riot! At the time of my ban (last year, almost at this exact time of the year) I was a toxic overly upset player Whom tended to rage and disrupt ANY and ALL games that hadn't gone my way. After my ban I took a break of a month which really helped me get my real life in order. Ive been back on another account and have been doing MUCH better at avoiding disputes. I am no longer in Bronze 5! Its sad how much I realized that my toxicity has held me back. I have managed to climb to low gold which really isn't much. But to me its an accomplishment and really helps me see improvement! I wonder if I ever would have made the change without the perma ban, but this is just a thanks for teaching me a much needed lesson.

I don't think toxicity holds people back. I think someone who was rank 1 challenger, and many cases of pros and streamers, and people who are really good at the game are very toxic socially speaking. They even verbally abuse people many times. Honestly, I didn't see these people change that much just because they got banned, if anything they just ebay bought more alt accounts and now that they lost their main account and don't care anymore they are even worse.

If you feel that way, idk maybe it helped you but I'm skeptical.
