I am Perma Banned

Hello, I am HeavenlyJuan a long time player of League of Legends and have spent around $200-$300 and literal months of my time on the game i really enjoy it. But recently I was permanently banned and I would really like to know why, and if there is any way in the world i could either get unbanned or at the very least told what i did wrong so that my next account won't get banned. Whatever I did I can promise ill never do it again, whether that means it was a dc or me getting mad in chat, I will certainly change my ways cause I haven't been the nicest in the community but I promise you that I will change whether it's in a new account or hopefully this one because I truly love this game, and it would be really terrible if me being dumb ruined this game which has been with me for little over 2 years. Thank you and please get back to me on what I did or what i should do to get my punishment fixed.
