Players who intentionally steal xp from junglers

Yeah...leash the first. ..help a few after...but after repeatedly stating I no longer need help and the support was needed at bottom lane with his ADC...the fool still followed me like a plague and farmed all my jungle monsters. He would warp back to base at the same time just to keep this up. While I was level 3 everyone else was around 5 to 7....after calling him out on his intentional sabotage of me, his team member, this individual decided it would be fun to spam ping all over the area of the map I was in...while still following me. I have never wanted the use of friendly fire to get rid of a team member before now. ...I'm still a bit new and trying to master the use of my Champs in different roles...had quite a few foolish losses upon the back of my own poor skills. But.....this incident was an extreme failure on my part where I was not at fault. I literally was trying to get away from him and kill what I could fast...but even with smite I got only a few if any with him around. I reported him but I wonder what the chances are he'll get banned? Has anyone else encountered players doing this? Greed killing junglers monsters to gain xp faster to have a better score? Pure hate or trolling? I just can't understand it.

Low chances he will get banned. It's all automated.

Unfortunately, I had a game where that shit happened to me. I fell behind massively because this jackass of a JarvanIV , and I had to start invading the enemy jungle as Kindred against Graves . A Graves who was now three levels higher than me. He was level 7 and I am level 4. Yeaaaaah... that was fucking fun. Fortunately I got three successful ganks on mid with a friendly Azir Bird man. Which helped me quickly close the gap, including Graves. Funny how people don't think a Jungler is going to return to a lane after he just had a successful or failed gank. Azir got my praise, the JarvanIV got reported. I don't care if he got the most kills and fewest deaths. That is a dick move.

At least I got our Mid-laner snow balling hard along with myself. But 200-300 ping out of no where prevented me from actually taking advantage of it correctly.

Yea I have had a few games like this. Sometimes the person starts off like this right away for no reason. Sometimes someone gets destroyed in a 1v1 in lane before the 2 minute mark, dies, TPs back in, dies, blames me and then follows me around the map for the rest of the game. When this happens there is honestly nothing you can really do. If you try to farm your jungle you get handicapped, if you try to gank you will more than likely die from being so far behind. If you are level 3 and they are level 5 or 6 they will just turn on you when you gank for an insta kill. All you can do is slowly farm what you can, go to lanes that are safe just to soak up exp, and if your team can't carry it then wait for the 20 minute mark to surrender, report, and move on.

Yup I've had this happen to me multiple times. 2/3 times it was a Renekton trying to towerdive a Darius. Lul

Sometimes they do it because they're pissy at you for "not ganking" (most of the time this is also because they want you to gank at level 2-3, lots of the time I can't because the champ I'm playing jungle is not optimal for level 2-3 ganks), sometimes they just wanna "have fun". I've seen tons of reasons. I've never seen them get punished though. It sucks but if they're not handled by Riot or the instapunish system there's really not much you can do tbh.
