Riots support is a joke right?

So pretty much I sent a ticket to riot asking them to read the chat log of why I was banned and if they could post more chat logs or tell me exactly what I said in that game that crossed the line and got me the ban. I wanted to know exactly where I crossed the line because yes I know my attitude that game wasn't nice but did it deserve a 2 week ban if so I think ill have to ask riot to perma mute my account since its almost like they want you to suck your teammates dick while they flame you because that's what was happening to me instead of sucking there dicks like riot wants there players to do I replied with how I did that game.

This was the first automated message I received

You can’t control others, but you can control yourself. •Don’t fight fire with fire. Mute players who are creating a negative environment and report them at the end of the match. That way they’re the ones worrying about a ban, not you. •Sometimes things can get heated. Don’t be afraid to take a break between games to reflect on what went wrong and what went right. Clear your head before hopping back into the next battle!

Keep in mind that if audited again for negative behavior your account will be permanently suspended. The good news is that most players will never reach that level of punishment. In fact, most players who have been warned or suspended are able to change their behavior completely; I am confident that with the right attitude by taking the tips I’ve shared to heart you can avoid any bans in the future.

So they didn't post any more chat logs they didn't tell me what I said or where I crossed the line pretty much they just sent there generic automated response they send when you send a ticket in for being banned they pretty much told me stuff I could find under the summoner code or just on the internet. Pretty much my next reply to them was asking for a real human response not some automated bot response also I asked for more chat logs because I didn't believe this 1 chat log is the reason I received a 2 week ban and ofcourse for them to tell me what I said or where I crossed the line that game to received this punishment. sure they can tell me well you used offensive language but the thing is they have stated its ok to say stuff like "oh fuck I failed that flash" not its not ok to use it to insult someone that's why I'm asking what did I say that got me banned I know I cussed that game maybe that's why got me banned because using offensive language is reportable I wont really know if they don't tell me.

It's always been possible to receive a 2 week or even a permanent suspension for a "first offense" or single game if your behavior is negative enough and that was the case here.

Repeatedly arguing with other players about why they're being negative and you're not isn't OK and is poor behavior on your part. Sarcastically saying things like "wow a drag" or "rofl" also isn't an acceptable way to respond to other players. From what I can see, the 2 week suspension of this account was warranted and we will not be lifting or otherwise modifying it.

In the future, I would recommend simply focusing on your own game and trying to help your team accomplish their in game objectives without abusing them. If you choose to behave in a negative manner because you're frustrated, we can't ignore any poor behavior you choose to show.

So I guess they answered my question on why I was banned it was because I was being sarcastic guys so watch out be careful saying good job to ur teammates even after they do a good play because it can be taken sarcastically and that is a negative thing.

Oh yeah guys don't even try to defend urself and tell people things they are doing is wrong because that's actually considered arguing with ur teammate and is NOT ok also make sure if someone calls you a troll to not say "no I'm not a troll how am I trolling dude ur being mean" as you see riot says "Repeatedly arguing with other players about why they're being negative and you're not isn't OK and is poor behavior on your part."

I think I learned my lesson here don't be sarcastic and don't argue with your teammates I just want to take the time to say I'm so sorry for being sarcastic and I'm really sorry for arguing with my teammates that game and I hope to learn from this mistake and I will try my hardest not to argue and be sarcastic.

Well looks like I just got rekt boys gg you can go straight to a 2 week ban if you have ONE game like this yup its true I had one game where I acted like this and I got a 2 week ban my first ban ever just amazing here's the last ticket they sent me.

I'm sorry you felt that my message was automated but it was not. Being sarcastic towards other players has always been a punishable offensive as it's clearly not a positive way to act. If you want to act that way with your friends, that's up to you but behaving like that in League has never been OK.

In this case, it's seems clear that you were being sarcastic towards other players to antagonize them and that's also not OK. It's also very apparent that your teammates did not appreciate the way you were interacting towards them and, even after they told you this in no uncertain terms, you continued to make fun of them. That's not acceptable and it's always been possible to get a 2 week ban for this behavior; it looks like that's what happened here. As a result, the 2 week ban of this account was appropriate and we won't be lifting it.

You're free to make any boards posts you want but it won't affect our stance on this issue. If you have no new concerns, I'll have to consider this matter closed.
