The AFK Agreement

So I've been D/C'ed from games before for net issues/server issues ect. and have never got the "I Agree" pop up before. So just now my net took a crap on me and I went and reset my modem and all the normal trouble shooting stuff and finally got it working again 14 mins later. I get in the game and the first thing that pops up tells me that I need to take an action or i'll be counted as AFK. Ok so I spend the gold and try to start playing but the games pretty much over already. We lose and it goes into the after game lobby and the punishment pop up shows up and makes my type the "I Agree" thing. This wasn't my fault and sure I feel horrid about it but why would I leave a game on purpose ever, especially when I'm in my promos.

I guess what I really want to know is if this counts as a strike against my account, because like I've said before, I've D/C'ed due to net issues before and have never had that message pop up. So I'm just worried that it'll hurt me in some way :c...
