I got 14 ban? But i'm a mostly positive player and never use hate speech. whats the deal riot?

I got a 14 day ban. I looked at my chat log and I didn't say anything hateful. No toxic speach, Just asking for ganks and telling our udyr to stop being so toxic (he was flaming myself and my support blitz all game). I also said that "ranked in the preseason is a shit show". I got a chat ban about 4 months ago and since i've tried really hard to clean up my vocab and my act and be positive and not flame people. I even tell people good job all the time and try to bring people back up when they are flaming out of control. I occasionally tell someone that their mindset is flawed and maybe get a little riled up but its only when other players are being much more toxic. I would never call anyone anything bad or anything like that. Honestly I dont get why thsi happened. I just won like 12 games in a row and got plenty of honour today. Meanwhile I get called bad names and hated on a lot in this game and get reported and then banned. I dont understand riots logic for this. I am a good player and I have been playing since season 2. I rarely flame. I get plenty of honours. I try to be supportive to team mates 9 times out of ten. And yeah I occasionally get a little riled up and tilted and maybe tell people they aren't doing the right thing, but I can't really understand why I got a ban. 90% of my messages in chat are to communicate what I'm doing or what I think the team should be doing. I just dont think that people should get insta banned like that when the chat log doesn't show any hate speech. I even got honoured a bunch today too in all of my games like I said. I feel like the ban system is flawed and the fact that it just gives out bans instantly like that is kind of wrong. I put a lot of money and time into this game and I was really enjoying playing the preseason with the new runes and stuff. Its hard to stay a player of this game when I am going to get punished over players that i've seen say very hateful things in chat. I'm a good person and I dont feel i deserve this honestly. I'm pretty perturbed by the way riot is organizing their ban system. Like if you must I can understand giving a perma chat ban. Sure. it would suck, but if you dont want me chatting in game anymore for whatever reason then do that. But to prevent a paying player who is 90% of the time very positive from playing entirely for 14 days is a little crazy wouldn't you say? I dunno riot. I feel liek something has to change. because more unfairness is coming from this new ban system than fairness.
