teammates with defeatist attitudes

do you guys report them for negative attitude? They still play normal, but the entire chat is just 'we lose' 'surrender' 'open mid' etc etc. It's demoralizing as hell trying to win games when your team isn't handed a win on a silver platter and they just start giving up and being defeatist in chat. So many people don't have the mental fortitude to try and win a tough game, and I hate it.

If they won't shut up about it, sure sometimes I'll report it. If they talk as though they are no longer invested in the match they've practically declared that they are going to throw the match and can't be relied upon.
