3 months of no punishment. you also have to be active on the account. this is to prevent people from doing what youre describing and smurfing it off

define active x3 and you are right I just don't want my main ban so I'D rather do normals with friends on a smurf and talk smack on people that have the chat turned into dust since they focus on the game but hey whatever

It means you need to play the account, and not just leave it for 3 months and hope for it to decay.
