No Season rewards

So I got a 14 days ban back in Sept, yes I realize i was toxic af, but since then I realized the importance of mute button, then I got to plat.. but no season rewards, is it because of that ban? even tho i did not have any chat restriction/ ban since sept.

Any thoughts?

After August 7th, any ban longer than 1 week which is received for behavior disqualifies the user from Ranked Rewards.
