Just avoid Ranked on the week-end & you should climb more easily.
Also looks like you're in EUW. May be better for me to transfer over there from NA since NA-Silver is insanely ... inconsistent to the point of ridiculousness. Lots of plat-players from other regions (and even several Diamonds have admitted) that they have a LOT of trouble trying to carry games in NA's Silver-Elo (like you have to do things that would be absolutely TERRIBLE decisions in Diamond-Level Elo & these guys here in Silver-NA cannot even stay alive for the first few seconds into the start of lane-phase and often die even before lane-phase starts followed by feeding like a buffet).
Also... absolutely stay the hell away from the NA region. Several EU-Gold-Players have said that it was a LOT easier for them to reach gold in other regions where-as it felt nigh-impossible in the NA-region since NA-region always seems to give you the players that feed like buffets (I had that happen to me & I was demoted into Bronze SOLELY from team-mates that couldn't even stay alive for a few seconds into the match followed by them also dying an additional 45x before the match even reached 20 minutes, then EVERY SINGLE GAME [NOT exaggerating] after placements was a four-man FF@20 ALL the way into a Bronze-Demotion, and if THAT wasn't BAD enough, I was demoted a SECOND time in the SAME season for similar reasons, but if you look at my Rank-Statistics, try counting the number of Penta/Quadra/Triple/Kill-Streaks I've gotten, and the NUMBER OF TURRETS DESTROYED, then tell me if you think that those are the stats of a Bronze-Level player). Yeah... also, for anybody else reading this, take this as a warning NOT to bother with ranked in NA if you don't get SO lucky in your placements that you go 10/0 into at LEAST Gold from the beginning. Just quit if you don't start out perfectly in placements.
As a Diamond 5 player, I will also admit that I have a lower win rate in Silver than in high Platinum and Diamond ranked. Even when I get fed and try to spread my wealth across my team by roaming, it doesn't work. Solely because people just get caught out mid-late game, and even fed it's hard to carry a 3v5 fight. You can do it though if you are high ranked, if you know exactly how to micro your champ, like Gosu or BoxBox for example. I personally have at most 25-ish games max per champion, so I never perfect one enough to know it all perfectly.
But with that being said, I was put in bronze 2 and silver 5 on my accounts after provisionals due to trolls purposely afk'ing/feeding to get lower placement ( was gold the previous season on both accounts ). Even with that happening, it didn't take too long to get back into gold, and eventually to Diamond. If you are really that far ahead in your games, and yet you lose because other lanes feed, then you need to figure out how you can change that. When you get a lead, you need to impact the entire map, not just pressure your lane opponent. If your bot lane is worse than yours, and you have a lead, you need to spread your lead to them.
